- Sauce:
- 5 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 Red or Habanero chilli
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- Pan Fried Chicken Tikka:
- 1/2 kg Chicken Fillet
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Tikka masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Orange color (pinch)

- Make french baguettes, chargrill chicken tikka slices and cut thin strips
- Make pizza sauce and grate mozarella
- Slit the baguettes in half, layer of each put pizza sauce, onions, chicken tikka, capsicum, sausages, mushrooms, salami, little bit of pizza sauce, then cheese and olives
- Top up with the other half of baguette and double wrap in foil

- Let it fully rise then bake in oven on 200°C till top crisped up

- Sauce: Bake tomatoes in oven on 200 C
- Let it cool down, put in blender add olive oil with half cup of water and blend to a smooth paste
- Pour in a pot add the rest and boil once, keep aside let it cool down
- Chicken Tikka: Marinate chicken slices in above and let it marinate for few hours
- Pan fry in three to four tablespoon of oil
- Till nicely browned up, let it cool down
- Cut in thin slices
