Remove from the plate and immediately add the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, ketchup and bread crumbs. Cool down a bit. Then add 1 boiled egg.
- Combine the minced meat and onion mixture in a large bowl, shaking lightly with a fork. Do not mix too much, otherwise the pieces of meat will thicken.
- Pour half of the mass into a greased pan. Draw hard-boiled eggs using raw eggs. Put the eggs in turns.
- Cover with the remaining meat and put in the form of bread. Be careful not to break the egg.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling and spread on the bread.
- Cook for 1 hour. Place a pan of boiling water under the noodles in the oven so that the surface does not dry out. Rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
